Shame, sadly doesn't deliver

Not bein a fan of either glitter or colour brown - I had fallen for this shade. It's shimmery, bit still dark brown and smart looking. Unfortunately it is runny, hence to achieve the colour it requires 3 layers. Then it becomes messy with drying, leading to mishaps (unless you have a lot of time to wait). Maybe it requires a base layer, such as plain brown?
