Not thrilled

I am very disappointed that it has luster to it. I can't see any description saying it's flat or luster.

My nail tech tried to match to S&S... not even close.

Im pretty bummed. Disappointed that I am no closer to wearing the color I want, than I was 3 weeks ago.
